期限を過ぎた場合はキャンセルとなります。

※お申し込み完了後のキャンセルはキャンセル料として料金の全額が必要となります。

・料金は事前払いでのご対応となります。お電話や口頭での受付は行なっておりません。

お申し込み順に整理券番号をつけさせていただきます。
番号はメールにて送りますのでお支払い後、1週間以上経っても届かない場合にはお電話にてお問い合わせください。
整理券番号で受講当日の場所取りが出来るようになります。
前の方やいい場所で受講を希望される場合にはお早めにお申し込み下さい。
・入金後、いかなる場合でも返金は行なっておりません。
・ロッカーをご利用された時点で鍵はお客様管理となりますのでお気を付け下さい。
紛失した場合は2,200円お支払いしていただきます。
・盗難があった場合には自己責任となります。貴重品の管理にはご注意下さい。
・定員になり次第、お申込を締め切らせて頂きます。定員に余裕がある場合当日受付をさせて頂きます。

When you are lost, please pay 2,200 yen.
・When there is theft, it becomes the self-responsibility. Please be careful about the management of valuables.
・I close an application as soon as it becomes the capacity. When capacity can afford, I accept it on that day.
